The Compliance Seekers campaign was driven by the performance of HR Compliance search terms within Paylocity’s target audiences. Top-of-funnel assets took a light-hearted and sympathetic approach to the complexities that come with HR Compliance and Regulations. These ads drove viewers to the highly informative content piece, the Compliance Toolkit. Released in the second half of FY24, it quickly became Paylocity’s top performing content piece with 2,568 prospect downloads, 220% better than FY23’s best performing piece.
