The HCM, Simplified campaign launched at the 2024 SHRM Annual Conference in Chicago, featuring a sponsorship video during the Kelly Clarkson concert. The campaign was showcased at the conference booth and through out-of-home ads at Chicago O’Hare and Midway airports.

Focusing on innovation and technology, the campaign highlights how HR leaders can prioritize impactful initiatives over manual tasks. It incorporates children in top-of-funnel content to convey these ideas in a playful, lighthearted manner. Additional components include paid and organic social media, as well as connected TV placements that will be in market at the beginning of 2025.
